I've got one of those Freecom sticks lying about - they are decent with Windows Media Center.Īnyway for XP, your going to have to install the Freecom Program but as you have stated, you have no CD for it so if it is possible, try downloading Arcsoft TotalMedia or Cyberlink PowerCinema and use this driver: If I open the installed Total Monitor program and then click on 'TV' I get a BSoD with the error in BDA_CAPTURE_225.sys If I uninstall the 'USB unknown device' then add hardware->new hardware and then point to the driver directory the stick installs and I get a 'freecom USB Digital-TV receiver' in device manager. Try to update drivers by pointing to the driver directory, 'no better match found'. Plug stick in, system sees it but then 'unknown device'. 27442, May 2006 so I guess those drivers are not suitable, I did have a look before posting here. Not at the aerial stage yet If I can get it working I will hook it up to my external stick is Art.
